Rules

General Conduct

• Maintain professional conduct within all organization activities
• No harassment, discrimination, or toxic behavior
• Respect fellow members and leadership decisions

Account & Verification Rules

• No creation of alternate accounts using invite codes
• One active account per member only
• Account sharing or credential transfers are prohibited

Activity Verification Rules

Racing

• Members cannot verify their own race times
• All race times require verification from another member
• Track records must have witness verification
• False time submissions will result in penalties

Combat

• Members cannot team-kill unless asked to (to get unstuck for example)
• Members must use the ExodusHub Kill Tracker to take part in kill tracking rewards

Credit System Rules

• No exploiting or gaming the credit rewards systems
• Credits must be earned through legitimate activities
• Do not attempt to manipulate leaderboards
• Weekly rewards are monitored for suspicious patterns

Rule Violation Penalties

Violations of these rules may result in:

• Credit penalties or forfeitures
• Rank demotion
• Temporary suspension from activities
• Permanent removal from the organization
• Blacklisting from future membership

Appeals Process

Members who believe they have been unfairly penalized may submit an appeal to organization leadership through the appropriate channels. All appeals will be reviewed within 72 hours of submission.
